some great things

We just got internet at home! it's great...didn't know how much I missed having internet at home. We've more or less spent the day today online. I shopped at amazon looking for a heart rate monitor - minah and I decided we needed one after running on our treadmills this morning - it's so wonderful when we actually get on that thing and run - hoping that charting our performance will give us some sort of goal/benchmark. After much research - decided on the Polar RS400 Heart Rate Monitor - yay! i'm a nerd.
